Our Policy
At BodyHug, we stand behind the quality of our products. All BodyHug devices are covered by a 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or non-faulty items. All sales are final unless your item has a manufacturing fault.
Warranty & Faulty Item Claims
Your BodyHug device is protected by a 1-Year Warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects.
If you believe your device is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a claim. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and the return authorization process.
Return Process for Faulty Items:

You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Care team.

Returned items must include all original accessories, packaging, and manuals.

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the item back to our Returns Centre. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining your proof of postage.
Resolution:
Once we receive and inspect your device, we will determine if a manufacturing fault is present.

Within the first 6 months of purchase date, if a fault is confirmed, we will, at your choice, issue either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement device. After 6 months we can offer store credit or replacement only.

We aim to process all warranty claims within 15 business days of receipt. If a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

If the item is found to be functioning to manufacturer specifications, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Important Warranty Terms:

The 1-year warranty period is valid from the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement device.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our Returns Centre. Please ensure the device is packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping or for any items returned to us without prior authorization.
